SERVICE RECEPTION and/or CASHIER:

Primary duties include greeting and directing service clients to ensure a positive first impression. Must be HS grad and be attentive, energetic, and friendly. SERVICE ADVISOR:

While some franchises are withering away to nothing, that is not the case with Toyota!  We do require excellent organizational and communications skills. Large, loyal customer base and growing traffic due to Toyota Care and fleet aging provide great opportunities. We also have entry-level positions available with paid training for college graduates with some retail and/or customer service experience.  Out-earn 90% of your graduating class in your second year with Ourisman!  The service advisor position is the MOST IMPORTANT position in the dealership as service advisors have more customer contact than anyone else in the store.    Enjoy thirteen 3-day weekends each year and all company benefits. Contact Chris Cokonis 703-378-2323 or [email protected].

TECHNICIANS/STUDENT TECHS:

Steady volume and effective front-line staff create great opportunities, and we added 14 bays in December 2015. Certification and experience considered, but we also have openings for techs at all skill levels including part-time student techs currently enrolled in a post-secondary school NATEF certified program.  In as little as five years, you could be a master technician while some of your friends are still in college unsure of their next step. Unlike some manufacturers, Toyota is going to be around for a LONG time. Remember that over 16% of the cars on the road in Northern Virginia are Toyotas, Scions, or Lexus. (Yes, we service Lexus too).  Contact Ken Gilbert on 703-346-2066 (cell) or [email protected].

APPOINTMENT COORDINATOR/TELEPHONE RECEPTIONIST:

Job responsibilities include scheduling appointments based on customer telephone or on-line requests, routing inquiries to the correct associate, following up to ensure customer satisfaction, and all other aspects of customer communication. Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills, and have basic computer literacy. Full and part-time opportunities available.  Great opportunity for a retired Service Manager or ASM to re-enter the work force in a less stressful situation with full benefits incl. insurance. CAR PORTER/VALET:
