The service department, located at 10441 Fairfax Boulevard, is open from 7:00 am until 7:00 pm Monday-Friday and 7:00 am until 6:00 pm on Saturdays, except holidays.Ā After service, vehicles may only be collected during these hours.Ā Guests who prefer to pay online prior to arriving to collect their vehicle may request a secure link to do so.Ā Ā
The service department is closed on Sundays.Ā Our after-hours night-drop box is accessible 24/7.
Toyota Certified, Expert, Master, and/or Master Diagnostic technicians are available from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm Monday-Saturday except holidays.
ToyotaCare complimentary maintenance technicians are available from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm Monday-Friday and from 8:00 am until 6:00 pm on Saturdays except holidays.
Your appointment reception time is not necessarily the time that a qualified technician will start on your automobile.Ā Your service advisor will provide you an estimated completion time when you arrive.
Any guest is welcome at any time with or without an appointment.Ā We prioritize the dispatching of service requests for appointments and for waiting guests as much as possible based on the skill level required, parts availability, and tools and equipment needed for a given diagnosis, service, or repair.Ā We do not recommend waiting for your vehicle (especially for walk-ins) but you are always welcome to do so and we will appreciate your being as patient as possible.Ā Even small "while-you-wait" jobs should arrive at least one hour before technicians depart.
Guests servicing a vehicle covered by the Ourisman Lifetime Edge may operate one of our rental vehicles until the close of the next business day while their vehicle is in for service and the daily rate will be waived. Ā Ā Rentals are recommended for walk-in guests.Ā Rental vehicles are available during the service department hours cited above.Ā All operators must be 21 years of age and present a valid driver's license, credit card, and proof of insurance coverage on the vehicle being serviced.
Shuttle drop off service may be available most mornings.Ā Shuttle pick-ups later are difficult due to guest demand at similar times from disparate locations.Ā We recommend obtaining your own ride back or a rental vehicle, especially if your schedule is inflexible, as delays can be substantial depending on traffic conditions.
